2. How do I book rentals?

Booking is easy! Contact us via our website, email, or phone to check availability. Let us know your event date, location, and the items you’d like to rent, and we’ll handle the rest.

 

3. What types of rentals do you offer?

We offer a wide range of party equipment, including:

  • Concession machines (hotdog rollers, cotton candy, popcorn, slushy machines)

  • Food warmers

  • Karaoke machines

  • If you have specific needs, feel free to ask!

 

4. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure availability for your event.

 

5. Do you deliver and set-up equipment?

Yes! Delivery and setup are required and include a $6 fee for the first 10 miles, with an additional $5 per mile thereafter. Our team ensures everything is ready to go, and we’ll handle takedown after your event.

 

6. Are the machines easy to use?

Absolutely. Our machines come with simple instructions, and we’re happy to provide guidance during delivery or setup.

 

7. What if something goes wrong with the equipment?

In the rare case of an issue, contact us immediately. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure your event runs smoothly.

 

8. How do I clean the machines?

Basic cleaning instructions are provided with each rental. Some machines, like cotton candy and popcorn machines, only require a quick wipe-down. We handle deep cleaning after the equipment is returned.

 

9. Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations must be made at least  7-days before the event for a full refund. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total fee.

 

10. Are the machines suitable for outdoor events?

Yes, most of our equipment can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping them protected from rain or extreme weather.

 

11. How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 24 hours, but we can accommodate longer rentals based on your needs. Let us know your schedule when booking.
